The PNGO Program offers donated technology products, from Business Objects, Bytes of Learning, Cisco, Mailshell, Microsoft and Symantec to eligible organizations via the online shop.
Before you are able to place an order, you will need to register your organization and PNGO will need to confirm your organization meets the required Eligibility Criteria.
The registration process is as follows:

Register your organization by clicking on the image on the left of the screen or on Register.

Send us a copy of your organisation's letter of tax exemption, company registration document, and letter of authorization from an officer or trustee (that includes confirmation of the organizations registered email address). For more details, read our Eligibility Criteria.

Once we have received your documentation, we will confirm your organization’s eligibility status within five working days of receipt.

If your organization does meet the required eligibility criteria for at least one of our Donor Partners, confirmation will be emailed to your organiation’s registered email address and will contain the following information:
- Your organization’s log in details.

Which Donor Partners you are eligible to request products from, in the online shop.
- If your organization does not meet the required Eligibility Criteria for at least one of our Donor Partners, notification will be emailed to your organization’s registered email address.
