Restrictions:
Eligibility Criteria
- Donated product will be distributed under this programme to qualifying organisations only, not to individuals.
- Only organisations with annual operating budgets of $5 million USD or less are eligible to receive this donation.
- This donation is available to to XXX organisations with non-profit status as granted by the XX.
- The following organisations are not eligible to receive Red Earth donations:
- Religious organisations without a secular community designation — A secular designation is defined as an organisation separate from the church or religious organisation that provides services to people regardless of their religious beliefs and does not propagate a belief in a specific faith. Example: A food bank with nonprofit or charity status that is run by a church but is a separate and unique organisation that provides food and meals to anyone who qualifies for services, regardless of religious beliefs.
- Political and environmental advocacy organisations
- Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts — unless an exception letter is on file
- Nonscientific study and research groups and information- or opinion-giving organisations
- Organisations focusing on community and industrial development
- Organisations such as United Way that provide gifts, grants, loans, services, or facilities to other organisations
- Organisations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this programme. Organisations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
- Recipient organisations must be willing and able to provide information to Red Earth for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this programme.
- Organisations with a donor list on their Web site must include Red Earth in the list with a link to http://www.policypatrol.com.
Guidelines
- One donation may be requested within a fiscal year (1 July to 30 June).
- Red Earth products may not be transferred or resold.
